Village are pleased to advise that we have appointed the highly experienced civil engineers Montdami Constructions at Trilogy Place.

Established in 1976 Montdami are experienced contractors and we are looking forward to our continued working relationship with them  as they recently completed all of the civil works to our Yarraman Village Project in Noble Park.

Montdami will  install all of the inground services to Lots 1-27 , continue with building the internal road network and prepare individual land lots ready for titling and for the builder to commence.

Over the coming 5 months we look forward to providing you with more detailed updates as to the status of these inground services such as sewer, water, electricity and NBN.   Exciting Progress!

Construction has also progressed well on the new entry road into the site with completion scheduled in June 2019.
