Formerly The Meadows – Final Stage

The final stage, Lots 401 to 410 is drawing near. All works are complete, and the plan of subdivision is expected to be signed by Liverpool Council in early-mid November.

Registration is planned before Christmas with settlements scheduled for late January/ early February 2019.

Formerly Parklands – Stage 1: 35-45 Eighteenth Ave

Registration of this stage has occurred, and settlements will commence this month (November 2018).  There will be some minor retaining wall works along part of the eastern boundary to the stage which is expected to be complete by the end of November 2018.

There are only 5 blocks available for sale in this stage – all of which are available with our current Spring Bonus offer!!

Formerly Parklands – Stage 2: 75-115 Eighteenth Ave

The Construction Certificate design is expected to be approved by Liverpool Council in early December 2018 during our tender process. We anticipate awarding a civil works contract late January 2019, with works anticipated to commence the following month and expected completion by December 2019 subject to weather and delays.

Formerly Parklands – Stage 3: 55 Eighteenth Ave

Works are proceeding in this stage with a targeted completion date in early December 2018 subject to wet weather delays.  We expect to have the subdivision certificate plans approved and lodged at Land Titles in mid December 2018. Settlement would follow shortly after in mid-February 2019.
