Welcome to the March 2023 Construction update for Trilogy Place, South Morang.

We are pleased to report that construction throughout the project is progressing well, amidst ongoing pressures with supply chain shortages pertaining to timber and plasterboard required for framing and plaster installation.

Argyle Building is staying in communication with their suppliers to manage the timing of deliveries to site, and where possible calling up materials in advance to prevent further delays on site.

We would like to remind you that, in accordance with OH&S requirements, access to the construction site is restricted unless a scheduled appointment is made.

Below is a more detailed update on the status of your property broken into the stages of construction that are yet to be completed.

Stage 5A (Lots 80-86)

The fix claim stage has been completed and all lots are making progress towards final completion.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 1, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 5B (Lots 87-99)

Lots 87-99 have had their frames installed. Progress is being made towards the lockup stage.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 5B (Lots 109-121)

Lots 109-115 will reach fix claim this month.

Lots 116-121 will also reach fix claim this month.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 5c (Lots 100 – 108)

Slabs have been poured and framing has started, with all frames scheduled for completion by the end of March.

Stage 4B (Lots 134-141)

Lots 134-141 have passed lockup stage and works have started towards fix claim.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 6 (Lots 148-155, 162-166)

Lots 148-155 have had underground works almost completed with slabs scheduled for pouring later this month.

Lots 162-166 have passed the lockup stage and works have started towards fix claim.

Stage 6 (Lots 142-147, 156-161, 167-175)

Building permits have been issued with works scheduled to start this month.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 4, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Future Stages (Lots 176 onwards)

Civil works have reached their handover stage. The building permit submissions for Lots 176-191 are scheduled for later this month.
