Gavin Carrier is a senior property professional with CEO level and international development experience spanning Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Africa, and the Middle East. He is a Director of Ironbrook, where he specialises in commercial analysis, planning, and leadership of complex property development projects. Gavin’s career includes a number of high-profile senior leadership roles. He served as CEO and Board Director of the Plymouth City Development Company in the UK, leading the regeneration of the City of Plymouth. He spent 12 years with Mirvac as Development Director, where he led numerous projects including the multi-award-winning $700 million Walsh Bay Redevelopment on Sydney Harbour from commencement to completion. Gavin has served on numerous boards and industry committees, including leadership roles within the Urban Taskforce, the Property Council of Australia, and government advisory bodies.
