More than 250 residents joined us across two days to preview the Dog Park and Town Park ahead of their grand openings later this year.

What a weekend! 🎉 Over two big days, we welcomed more than 250 residents to our South Jerra Resident Amenity Preview — and it was an absolute pleasure sharing this special milestone with our community.

From the moment the gates opened, there was a real buzz as everyone wandered through the new spaces taking shape at South Jerrabomberra. We loved seeing kids running ahead to explore and parents stopping to chat with neighbours or sharing their stories and thoughts with our staff members.

To keep the energy high, our friends at Bean Culture kept everyone fuelled with coffee ☕, while we fired up the BBQ at the Dog Park for a sausage cook-up 🌭. It was the perfect recipe for good conversations, laughter, and plenty of smiles.

The best part? Seeing the excitement on residents’ faces as they got a taste of what’s to come. These parks are more than just new amenities — they’re future gathering places where South Jerra’s community will connect, celebrate, and grow together.
