Realm at Austral (Parklands & Meadows)

70 Seventeenth Ave Austral (Lots 401-408)

Construction has completed and lots are now registered.  Settlements will commence from mid December 2018.

Formerly Parklands – Stage 1: 35-45 Eighteenth Ave

This Land was registered on 25th October and settlements commenced mid November 2018. Liverpool Council have allowed some minor retaining wall works to commence to the eastern boundary which has recently completed.

Formerly Parklands – Stage 2: 75-115 Eighteenth Ave

Selling this stage of works is well advanced and sold well with the Spring Bonus promotion.  The revised Construction Certificate (CC) plans have been issued to Liverpool Council and we are working towards an approval by Christmas.

A preferred tenderer for the civil works is anticipated to be awarded with a contract in January 2019 with works to commence soon thereafter.

Formerly Parklands – Stage 3: 55 Eighteenth Ave

Works for all inground services including NBN, gas and power to the Lots are complete along with internal drainage. The civil works for the Lots are nearing completion with landscaping and the temporary culdesacs are to be completed and asphalted. The drainage, kerbing to Eighteenth Ave is due to compete by the end of November and Eighteenth Ave frontage is planned to be asphalted by mid December 2018. We are working together with Liverpool Council targeting issuing a Subdivision Certificate before the Christmas break with registration to follow shortly thereafter.
