Our work
We encourage a mix of integrated single title and multi‑unit housing in order to create strong, vibrant and diverse communities and to achieve socially responsible densities. Our communities are situated in close proximity to key public amenities such as schools, transport, employment and services, and also include an abundance of parks and recreational spaces for residents to enjoy.
Through its history, The Village Building Co. has completed projects yielding over 19,000+ products and is currently managing projects under development totalling a further 2,000+ products.
Our projects
Of these 19,000+ products, 12,000+ have been located in the ACT and 5,500+ have included constructed homes. We currently have 4 active projects across Australia and employ 40+ staff across 3 locations. We have a diversified land bank by product mix and geographically with projects in Australia’s eastern capital cities and urban corridors.
