Welcome to the December 2022 Construction update for Trilogy Place, South Morang.

Progress is being made throughout the project. Supply chain pressures remain an issue, especially with timber for frames, and plaster board to complete the plaster installation. Argyle Building is staying in communication with their suppliers to manage the timing of deliveries to site, and where possible calling up materials in advance to prevent further delays on site.

Please note that due to OH&S requirements you cannot enter the construction site without having an appointment in place.

Below is a more detailed update of the status of your property broken into the stages of construction that are yet to be completed.

Stage 5A (Lots 80-86)

Lockup has been completed in Lots 80-86 and significant progress has been made towards the fix claim stage.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 1, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 4A (Lots 122-133)

Lots 122-127 have reached the final inspection stage and are currently being readied for settlement.

Lots 128 – 133 have recently reached fix claim stage.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 1, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 5B (Lots 87-99)

Lots 87-99 are having their frames installed. However, significant rain on site in October and early November, meant that progress was delayed.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 5B (Lots 109-121)

Lots 109-115 have reached lockup stage.

Lots 116-121 have reached lockup stage and are progressing well towards the fix claim.

Stage 5c (Lots 100 – 108)

Significant rainfall in October and November caused delays in the ability to pour the slabs, by proxy causing a labour delay.  We are currently aiming to complete the pouring of slabs prior to the Christmas shutdown (subject to weather conditions and labour supply).

Stage 4B (Lots 134-141)

Lots 134-141 have had their slabs poured and frame construction is well underway.

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 6 (Lots 148-155, 162-166)

Lots 148-155 have had building permits issued at the start of December and construction has started.

Lots 162-166 have commenced construction with slabs to be completed prior to the Christmas shutdown (subject to weather conditions and labour supply).

Stage 6 (Lots 142-147, 156-161, 167-175)

Civil works have been handed over and Building Permit Submission will be completed shortly for construction to begin.

Future Stages (Lots 176 onwards)

Civil works are now completed. Construction is to commence soon.
