Town Planner


The Town Planner will be responsible for providing professional planning advice and services to the ACT/NSW business. The Town Planner will ensure that planning proposals and projects are consistent with statutory requirements, government policies, and community expectations.


  • Prepare and manage the development of planning documentation.
  • Own the planning process within the ACT/NSW region
  • Advise project managers and the GM on relevant planning matters
  • Preparation and lodgement of DAs.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies.
  • Coordination of consultants for planning.


Build strong partnerships with all key stakeholders including management, employees, shareholders, investors and clients to deliver a high level of customer service.


1. Maintain a high level of knowledge of the industry and the company.

2. Assist in the identification of areas where improvements can be achieved.

3. Participate in the ongoing training and development of yourself and the team.


1. Assist team members when requested and request help when necessary.

2. Actively participate in team meetings.

3. Provide input into work practices and communicate issues.

4. Maintain conduct that is respectful and courteous to others at all times.

5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines, as amended from time to time.

6. Comply with all applicable Work, Health and Safety Legislation and ensure that all work is performed in a manner which does not place fellow employees or yourself in an unsafe position.

7. Maintain commercial confidentiality of the company’s business and activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

If you have a few years experience as a Town Planner we would love to hear from you.
