Sales Manager

  1. Manage internal and external sales teams to ensure that the leads delivered through marketing activity are proactively nurtured and conversion rates maximized.
  2. Manage leads and sales through the Company’s CRM (Salesforce) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting to Senior Management  and the Board.
  3. Produce high quality market analysis including demand for various product types and price points, competitor activity, land supply, sales opportunities and threats.
  4. Secure off the plan project sales through strong customer service, networking, and extensive product.
  5. Monitor the issue, exchange and settlement of sales contracts to ensure that they occur in a timely.
  6. Generate regular reports on sales weekly traffic and lead progression reports and other reports as required.
  7. Assist colleagues in the scheduling and execution of property handover / settlement procedures including pre-settlement.
  8. Provide advice and undertake research into sales prices and volumes and product mixes as part of the analysis of potential new site acquisitions.
  9. Work closely with all Village teams to boost Sales and pipeline.

Build and foster strong partnerships with all key stakeholders including management, employees, shareholders, investors and clients to deliver a high level of customer service.
