Sales Consultant ACT
- Generate and foster leads and sales through the Company’s CRM (Salesforce) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting to Senior Management and the Board.
- Produce high quality market analysis including demand for various product types and price points, competitor activity, land supply, sales opportunities and threats.
- Secure off the plan project sales through strong customer service, networking, and extensive product
- Monitor the issue, exchange and settlement of sales contracts to ensure that they occur in a timely
- Ensure sales offices, signage and product displays are at a high level of
- Assist to generate regular reports on sales weekly traffic and lead progression reports and other reports as required.
- Assist colleagues in the scheduling and execution of property handover / settlement procedures including pre-settlement
RELATIONSHIPS:
Build and foster strong partnerships with all key stakeholders including management, employees, shareholders, investors and clients to deliver a high level of customer service.
