South Jerrabomberra is definitely starting to look like a place to call home! The last few months have been focused on updating you about the civil side of estate works and this month, we are excited to start sharing more with you about what it will be like to live at South Jerra and some of the plans that we are now embarking on.

Appointment of Gillie & Marc

We are very excited to share with you that renowned Australian artists, Gillie & Marc, famous for Dogman and Rabbitgirl, have been appointed to create an animal learning journey in the South Jerrabomberra Town Park. The learning journey will be an interactive way for children to learn more about animals native to the area. We look forward to sharing more with you shortly.

Learn to ride facility coming to SJ!

South Jerrabomberra will also be home to an education-based Learn to Ride facility featuring traffic lights, footpaths, roundabouts, pedestrian crossings, line markings, road signs, toddler track, shaded areas, covered seating and amenities. This will be a space designed for fun but also to teach the importance of road safety.

Display Village has commenced

You may notice that construction has commenced on homes along Alpine Ash Way. These homes will form the South Jerra Display Village, which will launch in 2022. Further information about the launch will be provided in the coming months.
