Stage 1 and 3

Stage 1 and 3 are complete and house construction is coming along quickly.  We’ve welcomed a number of new residents into the community.  Permission from Liverpool Council has been sought to fill the temporary sediment basin within these stages and works commenced this week.

Stage 2

Stage 2 civil works have been completed and partial practical completion was issued in January 2020. The subdivision certificate has been requested with registration and settlements anticipated to occur mid this year.

Stage 4

Stage 4 will be coming to market shortly, providing a number of smaller block options.  Construction is scheduled to commence in the second half of 2020.
