Welcome to the October 2022 Construction update for Trilogy Place, South Morang. 

 

Overall, progress is being made throughout the project. Supply chain pressures remain an issue, especially with timber for frames, and plaster board to complete the plaster installation. Argyle Building is staying in communication with their suppliers to manage the timing of deliveries to site, and where possible calling up materials in advance to prevent further delays on site. 

 

Please note that due to OH&S requirements you cannot enter the construction site without having an appointment in place.  

 

Below is a more detailed update of the status of your property broken into the stages of construction that are yet to be completed.

Stage 3B (Lots 71-79) 

Progress has been made since the last update as all slabs have been poured and frames are almost completed.  

Lots 71-76 have had their Fix claims issued and are tracking towards the Occupancy Permits shortly.  

Lots 77-79 have had their Fix claims issued and are tracking towards the Occupancy Permit shortly.  

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 4, 2022. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 5A (Lots 80-86) 

Lockup has been completed in Lots 80-85 and will shortly be completed for Lot 86. 

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 1, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process.

Stage 4A (Lots 122-133) 

Lots 122-127 have reached Fix Claim and have had their plastering completed and joinery is currently being installed. 

Lots 128 – 133 have recently reached Lockup Claim. 

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 4, 2022. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process. 

  

Stage 5B (Lots 87-99) 

Lots 87-90 are having their frames installed. 

Lots 95-99 are having their frames installed. 

Lots 91-94 are having their slabs poured. 

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process. 

  

Stage 5B (Lots 109-121) 

Lots 109-115 are having their frames installed on site. 

Lots 116-121 have had their frames completed and are reaching lockup stage. 

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 2, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process. 

  

Stage 5c (Lots 100 – 108) 

Grounds works are underway and will reach base claim within the next month.

Stage 4B (Lots 134-141) 

Building Permits have been issued and underground works have commenced.

Stage 6 (Lots 148-155, 162-166, 167-168) 

Civil works have been handed over to Argyle Building and Building permits will be issued shortly for construction to begin. 

Construction Forecasted for Completion Quarter 3, 2023. Argyle Building will be in touch with each purchaser as construction reaches completion to coordinate the handover process. 

  

Stage 6 (Lots 142-147, 156-161, 169-175) 

Civil works have been handed over and Building Permit Submission will be completed shortly for construction to begin.

Future Stages (Lots 176 onwards) 

Civil works are well underway. Works are currently scheduled for completion late Quarter 4, 2022, after which construction will be able to commence.
