Yesterday we celebrated another extremely significant milestone in achieving our vision for South Jerrabomberra with a sod-turning ceremony, marking the commencement of civil construction. Bulk earthworks are now being undertaken in preparation for Stage 1a subdivision works to commence mid-year. We’re on track to see our first homes being built in the second half of 2020.

It’s no secret that the South Jerra journey has had its challenges and complexities but we, along with our partners and purchasers, have remained committed throughout.  We’re proud that this determination has paid off and that we are now getting on with the job of creating a thriving community.

We additionally acknowledge the Deputy Premier for NSW and local member Mr. John Barilaro for his government’s commitment to the region which will see over the next 12-24 months the development of regional sporting facilities, a brand new high school and the road to unlock all of this infrastructure.  This makes South Jerrabomberra an extremely attractive place to live and work and over the next 10 years we’ll be creating 1250 homes where more than 3,000 people will live.
