Woodlinks Village Christmas Party in the Park

12 December 2018

Woodlinks Village hosted its inaugural Christmas Party on Sunday, December 9, with a large crowd of locals enjoying a range of free entertainment and family-friendly activities.

The Woodlinks Village Christmas Party in the Park included free photos with the man-in-red himself and saw local families lining up for balloon demonstrations, face painting, a jumping castle and food trucks.

Local radio station River 94.9FM broadcasted live from the event, and hosted an array of competitions and prize giveaways.

Woodlinks Village State Manager, Sam Burgess said the Christmas Party in the Park event was a great way for the community to unite and enjoy the festive time of year.

“We were over the moon to see the whole community come together to have  fun and enjoy themselves on a sunny afternoon,” he said.

“It was fantastic to see everyone getting into the Christmas spirit and letting their hair down for the festivities.

“The event was held in our 5,000sqm parkland and it was a great opportunity for locals to pop into our sales centre to learn more about our community."
