April 2020 Construction Update: Trilogy Place

We at Village Building Co. are responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic and have made some changes to the way we operate, reflective of Victorian government regulations.  These changes can be found here.  Rest assured we remain focused on the timely delivery of Trilogy Place and moving you into your new home.

  • The internal road network is completed for stage 1 and internal services are ready to be connected to the main infrastructure on Anchorage Drive.
  • Stage 2 inground services are on program with inground service installation continuing and land lots being cut and benched into shape.
  • The boring machinery has returned from repair and recommenced boring in the vicinity and underneath the river red gum tree to the north of McDonalds Road.  These works are required in order to install the stormwater drain. 
  • A rock crushing plant was mobilised on-site in January 2020 and to date we have crushed large excavated rock into approx. 5,000T of finer rock to reuse as road base and footpaths.

Settlement Timing:

  • Subject to the boring schedule continuing to progress we are still tracking to achieve titles for land lots in June/July 2020.  

Trilogy is a located in Plenty Valley directly opposite Westfield.  It is perfectly suited to those needing to commute; with South Morang Train Station only minutes away and major road networks close by.
