Realm at Austral – April Construction Update

Realm Stage 1, 70-100 Seventeenth Ave 

51 homebuyers have commenced or completed their home construction with residents shaping their new community.

NBN completed their fibre connection to the development in mid March 2019 meaning homebuyers can now contact an Internet Service Provider for an account set up and connection.

The final layer of asphalt and line marking to some internal roads of the development, and also to Seventeenth Ave, will be completed between the 9th and 10th May 2019.

Realm Stage 1A & 3 – 35-45 & 55 Eighteenth Ave

Housing construction continues across these two stages with only a few remaining blocks to be sold.

All NBN pit and pipes have been constructed within the subdivision. NBN will be installing the fibre which is panned to be completed in approximately May 2019.  At this point Internet Services Providers can be contacted for connection.

Village has been notified of a street naming discrepancy. The correct name is Seoul Avenue not Seoul Road.  The street sign will be replaced by Council in the coming months

Realm stage 2 75-115 Eighteenth Ave

Liverpool Council is currently assessing and finalising the Construction Certificate for this stage.

The preferred civil contractor will be appointed shortly and the civil works are planned to commence in May 2019.
