Kate joined the Village in 2016.

Prior to joining Village, Kate was with National Australia Bank for 10 years where she held senior roles in brand management, marketing and communications, HR strategy and most recently business transformation where she led large scale business case development for complex supply chain transformation projects. Kate also has extensive marketing and public relations agency experience, having held senior roles both in Australia and the UK working on a diverse mix of blue chip brands such as Ford, Vodafone, News Limited, Emirates and Bosch.

Strengths include commercial acumen, creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges and is passionate about customer experience, employee engagement and enablement.
